During export, CROSSCAP Enterprise may attempt to create new subdirectories for output files (this depends on the project template used).

This option will determine CROSSCAP Enterprise's behaviour if existing and identical export subdirectories are encountered.

Check export directory disabled

If Check export directory is disabled (checkbox unticked), then CROSSCAP Enterprise will quietly continue with the export process, even if it comes across existing export subdirectories.  

Check export directory enabled

If Check export directory is enabled (checkbox ticked), then CROSSCAP Enterprise will abort export whenever it comes across existing export subdirectories. The exporting process (image processing or export processing) will throw an error, which will be documented in the server log. Template settings / export directories will need to be fixed and batch processing will need to be re-wound and re-started.
