The following two items will set threshold levels for document spot checks. CROSSCAP Enterprise will not enable the signature module unless both threshold values have been reached. You may use both threshold values in combination or on their own (set the other threshold to 0). 

Threshold

The threshold value specifies the percentage of scanned images an operator must inspect and confirm, before digital signatures are enabled.
The threshold needs to be entered as a fraction: 1 equals 100%, 0.1 corresponds to 10%.

Threshold per document

The threshold per document value determines the percentage of scanned documents an operator must inspect and confirm, before digital signatures is enabled.
The threshold per document needs to be entered as a fraction: 1 equals 100%,  0.1 corresponds to 10%.
