You may organize a set of CROSSCAP Enterprise variables into a combination of variables. This preset may later be included as a variable itself, in many of the batch settings. At runtime, a preset will expand to the original set of variables defined here. Any number of presets with any number of variables may be defined.

Creating a preset

Create a new preset by clicking the green right-facing arrow, in the Properties of ... window:

Next, highlight the new preset in the configuration tree (on the left) and give your preset a suitable name (on the right):

Next, switch to Template list in the configuration tree and add the CROSSCAP Enterprise variables you require, in the Properties of ... window.

The left side of the Properties of ... window lists all variables available for this item, the right side shows the variables chosen so far. By highlighting one of the variables and operating the green left or right arrow buttons, the function can be moved back and forth between the left column (available options) and the right column (selected options). If a variable is highlighted in the right column (selected options), it may be moved up or down the list by operating the green up or down arrows. This changes the sequence in which the variables are executed (processing will proceed from the top of the list).

Any items in the right column (selected options) will also appear in the configuration tree (far left), where they can be highlighted for further configuration.
